Overview
Before you can launch your store on Truly Free, you’ll need to complete the Seller Signup process. This ensures your account meets our basic requirements, your products are ready to import, and your store can operate smoothly on the platform.
Minimum Requirements for Signup
To complete the initial signup, sellers must provide:
- Store Contact Information
- Store name
- Valid email address
- Valid phone number
- Social media handles (if available)
- Business Addresses
- Shipping address
- Billing address
- Corporate/official registered address
- Valid USA address (must be a verifiable U.S. address)
- Product Import Information
- Method of import (Shopify, Amazon, or Manual CSV)
- Relevant credentials or product data (explained below)
- W9 Form
- Completed and signed W9 for tax reporting (required for payouts).
Optional Steps You Can Complete Later
Some details can be added or updated later in your Seller Portal after signup:
- Store branding (logo, images, and profile details)
- Bank account information (required before your first payout)
- Shipping plan setup (weights and fees)
Product Import Options
When you’re ready to add your products, you’ll choose one of three import methods:
- Shopify Integration
- Requires your Shopify domain URL, Access Token, and API key.
- This allows your product catalog, images, and inventory to sync directly.
- Amazon Import
- Requires a CSV file of your ASINs.
- This file allows Truly Free to pull your product data from Amazon.
- Manual CSV Upload
- You’ll use a Truly Free CSV template to upload products.
- Templates differ depending on your product categories (e.g., apparel, skincare, supplements).
After You Complete Signup
Once you finish the Seller Signup process, our Launch Team will begin building your store.
A member of the Launch Team will contact you directly with the next steps.
