Overview
If you sell on Amazon, you can quickly bring your products into Truly Free by providing us with a list of your ASINs (Amazon Standard Identification Numbers). We’ll use those ASINs to pull your product information directly from Amazon, making setup faster.
What We Import
When you import products from Amazon, we pull data directly from your product listing page, including:
- Product titles
- Images
- Highlights/bullet points
- Product descriptions
⚠️ Important: This is a one-time pull. Imported products do not stay synced with Amazon. Any future updates to your Amazon listing (such as new images, price changes, or inventory updates) will not automatically update in Truly Free.
What You’ll Need
To get started, you’ll need to provide us with a CSV file of your product ASINs.
- ASIN = Amazon Standard Identification Number, a unique 10-character code assigned to each product on Amazon.
- Example: B07PGL2ZSL
How to Find Your ASINs
You can locate your ASIN in a few different ways:
- On the Amazon Product Page
- Open your product on Amazon.
- Scroll down to the “Product Information” section.
- Look for ASIN — it will be listed there.
- From Seller Central (if you have access)
- Log in to Seller Central.
- Go to your product catalog.
- ASINs will be listed in the product details table.
Submitting Your CSV File
- Open Excel, Google Sheets, or another spreadsheet tool.
- Create a single column labeled ASIN.
- List each of your product ASINs in a new row.
- Save or export the file as CSV (.csv).
- Upload your CSV file during sign up
- Contact the Truly Free Launch team for additional information or assistance.
After Import
Once we’ve received your ASIN file:
- Your product data will be imported into your Truly Free Seller Portal.
- You’ll be able to review and edit titles, descriptions, pricing, and images.
- You can then manage your listings directly in the portal going forward.
⚠️ Note: Because this is a one-time pull, you’ll need to manually update listings or switch to Shopify integration for ongoing sync.
