What are Talents and how do they work?

Talents are the digital currency of Truly Free, tracked in each member’s wallet and used exclusively on our marketplace. They never expire and are designed to increase customer loyalty and repeat purchases.

Here’s how Talents work:

• Members only – Only Truly Free Members earn Talents.

• The XChange – Every day, Truly Free takes 1% of platform revenue and distributes it in real time to members as Talents.

• Purchases – Members earn a minimum of 1% back in Talents on every purchase.

• Seller boosts – Sellers can offer a higher Talents back percentage on their products to encourage more conversions and customer loyalty.

• Referrals – Members can also earn Talents by referring other members and receiving a commission on the purchases their referrals make.

Talents can be spent anywhere on the platform, making them a powerful driver of community engagement and long-term loyalty.
